FIGHT DEPRESSION:
Depression in medical term is a mental state of or chronic mental disorder characterized by feelings of sadness, loneliness, despair, low self - esteem, and self reproach. More or less everybody becomes a victim of depression, but the symptoms are very short- lived in most of us. This becomes an issue when the signs stay longer and a person feels that he/she needs help from outer source to get over this is serious. Of course we have different ways to fight depression.
